Your Nightsky Cottage Experience begins from the moment you step out of your car and walk down the 50 mt boardwalks towards the hidden award-winning gem that is the Nightsky Cottage.
This beautiful and private villa is located 2.1kms from Tongariro Suites and it will give you the peace and tranquillity you are after!
The Cottage is approx 90 sqm in size and offers 2 bedrooms with luxury king-size beds. Spacious living with a cozy wood fire, dining and kitchen.

Living Room
The living area consists of a full kitchen, dining and lounge area. Enjoy Manuka bush views from every corner. During the day the sun will stream in from the skylights and at night you can enjoy the night sky from the luxury of your lazy chair in the lounge. A cozy wood-burning fireplace will keep the cottage nice and warm. A full-width deck across the living area will provide a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.
Just a 50 m walk through the bush from the cottage is a clearing where you can sit and watch the sun go down over Mt Ruapehu.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a fully tiled spacious walk-in shower and two side-by-side freestanding baths. The baths are positioned so you can look out into the bush in total privacy. Double vanities are provided should two couples travel together, each couple can have their own space.
Luxury bathrobes are also provided. There is a separate laundry facility with a washing machine, and a dryer and washing powder is provided. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Bedroom
The Cottage has two spacious identical bedrooms, each with a luxury pillow-top king-size bed. Each bedroom has a native bush view from the bed, so wake up and enjoy the views.
Naturally, fresh linen is provided. Stay warm on a chilly night with the electric blanket.
